DEVELOPMENT AGENCY GRANT PROJECTS
Development Agencies are established with the 25.01.2006 dated Law No. 5449 in order to accelerate regional development in line with the principles and policies defined in the national development plans and programs by improving cooperation between public sector, private sector and non-governmental organizations, enabling effective and correct use of resources and local potential, to ensure sustainability and to minimize the differences in the development levels of regions and sections within these regions. Within the scope of this respective law, it had been decided to establish 26 development agencies.
