The “Occupational Safety and Health Regulation” in force in Turkey obliges ensuring the periodical controls of the pressured containers and lifting-pushing machines used in facilities to be performed by experts in authorized bodies and the results of these controls to be reported. During these periodical controls, all general and critical points regarding the device subject to the inspection are examined and recorded. The thicknesses, lengths, depths, internal and external diameters of the required parts are measured. In the final stage of this inspection, tests are conducted, and the observation and measurement values obtained after the tests are compared with the measurements obtained before the tests. Then these data are interpreted and a conclusion is reached based on the law, regulation and standards in effect. The working condition of the device is reported with all its details and submitted to the respective company.
