Tourism Sector becomes increasingly important in Turkey. With the investments made to the sector, the share of tourism in Turkish economy increases gradually. However it is required to take Tourism Investment License from the Ministry for the project before initiating the works. And after the licensed project is completed, the facilities that fulfill the legal conditions will have the chance to get Tourism Operation License.  While taking tourism investment license, the required conditions based on the subject, capacity, class or number of stars of the investment shall be known and the project shall be designed by considering these requirements.
